In our composting plants, we carefully elaborated the substrate suitable for the cultivation of mushrooms and fungi. In addition to existing plants, now have a new plant of mushroom substrat, equipped with the latest technology, which will produce a new compost, compost incubated for ensuring product quality throughout the year.

The process begins with a careful selection of raw materials to be used, seeking those who give the maximum guarantees of success, so that the compost is as selective as possible in each of the fungi to grow, which include cereal straw , chicken manure, waste from the production of wine... etc.. Then these raw materials are homogeneously mixed and humidified with specialized machinery.

Thus begins a fermentative process where less suitable materials are removed and let those ideals for the nutrition of the most valued fungi. After fermentation, or Phase I, the compost is loaded into completely isolated and controlled rooms, which makes the process of pasteurization or Phase II, which ensures that our substrate is free of pathogens, and which ensure a selective and stimulating micro-flora the mushroom spawn to sow later.

Once this whole process, the compost is analyzed rigorously, and if it meets all the requirements is sowed with a selection of the best strains to achieve the best quality in our fungi. Subsequently, compost and mixed with the seed is packaged and transported to the cultivation rooms of our partners where a new process for the reproduction of fungi and mushrooms starts.
