CHAMPINTER, in its quest to offer the customer a wide range of products, in March 2004 opened the plant where they manufactured substrates for growing Fungi thistle (Pleurotus Eryngii) and Shii-take (Lentinus Edodes). The development of these substrates requires working under high standards of hygiene.

Here, the substrate is first sterilized and then inoculated with the fungus mycelium in aseptic conditions.

At the producer of these mushrooms, there are served packages containing substrate entirely incubated; so that the product leaves the plant offers maximum guarantees.
